Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy to taste. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.
